The company raised $140 million of Series E venture funding in a deal led by JP Morgan Asset Management on October 7, 2015, putting the company's pre-money valuation at $1.21 billion. Foundry Group, iNovia Capital, Mithril Capital Management, StarVest Partners and Stingray Digital Group and hercules capital also participated in the round. The company intends to use the funds to continue to invest in capabilities for businesses to manage multiple applications and services, increase productivity and drive IT efficiency. Previously, the company raised $50 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by Mithril Capital Management on February 11, 2015, putting the company's pre-money valuation at $550 million. Foundry Group, iNovia Capital, StarVest Partners, Henry Kravis and Paul Fribourg also participated in the round.
