The company raised $20 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity on April 10, 2018, putting the company's pre-money valuation at $40 million. $17 million of Series B funding was led by Northgate Capital with participation from Microsoft Ventures, Costanoa Ventures and True Ventures. A $3 million debt financing was provided by Silicon Valley Bank. The funding will be used to further develop the company's platform.
