The company raised $40 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by EQT Ventures on September 7, 2018, putting the company's pre-money valuation at $235 million. True Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Spark Capital, Reach Capital, KPCB Edge, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Omidyar Network also participated in the round. The company will use the new funding to expand into more markets like Europe, using EQT's network of businesses in the region to help it along.
