The company reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by Radius (Database Software) on April 30, 2018. The acquisition will enable customers to gain access to Radius' Network of Record and digital ad channels in a consumer-like product experience, while Radius customers benefit from greater AI on global decision makers and upgraded data management capabilities. Previously, the company raised $21 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Arrowroot Capital and Jerusalem Venture Partners on December 14, 2017.
