The company raised $52 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by Norwest Venture Partners on August 08, 2018, putting the company's pre-money valuation at $200 million. Canaan Partners, Waterwood Group, Shasta Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers also participated in the round. The funds will be used to accelerate product innovation in key areas such as machine learning, cross-channel automation and one-to-one personalization. Ascolta Ventures also participated. Comerica Bank provided $25 million of debt financing in the form of senior debt on May, 2018 to support the transaction. LAUNCHub Ventures also participated in this round.
