The structure of a specific meeting depends on your group, its interests and objectives as well as on the host company. A meeting may include a company or industry specific presentation, a discussion around a specific product or service, partnership opportunities, a demo, a tour of the premises, etc.

Please provide us with as much detail as you can about your group, the purpose for your meeting and who you would like to meet with. The host company will review this information and will choose the host based on your preferences and the schedule.

You can book meetings with as many companies as you need and can fit into your schedule. We provide discounted service fee for multiple bookings

The earliest you can book a meeting on our platform is 14 days ahead of the day of your request. If you need to meet sooner – please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your request on the best effort basis. We provide discounted service fee for the booking requests made early in advance.

Most companies can host the groups up to 20 people. If you have a bigger group – please send us an email and we will try to accomodate your request on the best effort basis.
